Our goal is to drink great beer with even greater people in the safest and most fun way possible, please read the below carefully.


When Do I Need to Pay the Venue Fee?

To secure your date and ensure it's as locked in as your dance moves, all venue fees must be paid in full. Once we've got that covered and your credit card authorization form is approved, consider your date officially on the calendar! Just a heads-up, though: venue fees are non-refundable, so make sure you're ready to party when you book.


Can I cancel or reschedule?

We get it, life happens! Rescheduling is permitted 14+ days prior to the reservation date. Any cancelations on the part of the client will forfeit all payments.


How does the Draft Beer Minimum work? When it comes to beer service during your event, you've got a few options:

1 . Hosted Bar with Limit:

Once the limit is reached, we'll close the tab using the card on file plus a 20% gratuity. Any additional purchases will be your guests' responsibility.

What is the limit? The limit could be the required minimum or a higher amount you choose.

For example, if your guests have drink tickets, we won't close the tab until all tickets are used, even if it exceeds the minimum.

Drink tickets are available by pre-order, $5 for 50 or you can supply your own.

2 . Fully Hosted bar: The tab stays open for the entire duration of your reservation, no guests will be asked to pay for draft beer. At the end of your reservation, the tab will be closed using the card on file plus a 20% gratuity.

What happens if we don’t hit the minimum? Sometimes the party vibe means guests don't drink quite as much as planned. If at the end of your reservation time, the draft minimum has not been met, the remaining balance will be charged as a fee. Remember, bar minimums must be spent on draft beer and can't be used for merch, packaged beer, or gift cards.


Can you serve wine?

Indubitably! We've got you covered with a selection of Bogle Vineyards wine available by the bottle. We keep 6 bottles of red and 6 bottles of white on hand, but if you're planning for more, just give us a heads-up beforehand.

Don't forget to inquire about pre-ordering and our selection of specialty and sparkling wines to make your event sparkle even more! Cheers to that!


What about Wine and NA Beverages?

Here’s the scoop: Wine/NA Drinks/Snacks do NOT count towards the Draft Beer Minimum. You’ve got two tasty options for service during your event. Please choose one:

  1. Guests Are Responsible: Your guests handle all their Wine/NA Drinks/Snacks purchases on their own.

  2. Hosted Option: Wine/NA Drinks/Snacks will be served to guests until the agreed-upon limit + 20% gratuity.

Can we bring our own beer/wine/cider/alcohol?

We totally get the desire to bring your own stash, but unfortunately, we're sticklers about this one! According to California law, outside alcohol can't be consumed on our premises, including the parking lot and nearby streets.

If any of your crew are caught with non-approved drinks (even unopened bottles) or sipping in off-limits zones, they'll get the boot faster than you can say "cheers." We reserve the right to end your event on the spot, and any money paid and remaining reservation time will be forfeited.

Can I Bring in Catering?

Hungry for options? While we don’t have a kitchen, we’ve got you covered with our on-site caterer or food truck available every day we’re open. Ask us about our preferred caterer or get creative with your own catering plans – whether it’s ordering in, hosting a potluck, or bringing in a food truck!

To keep things smooth, please let us know your catering plans in advance so our on-site pros can plan accordingly.

Important: For everyone’s peace of mind (and insurance!), all vendors need prior approval before setting up shop. Let’s make sure your event is deliciously memorable!


What Vendors Can I Bring Onboard?

Looking to amp up your event? You can bring in DJs, live bands, photo booths, balloon art, clowns – you name it! Just keep in mind, there may be additional fees involved, and we reserve the right to give any vendor the boot at any time.

Important: For everyone’s safety and smooth sailing, all vendors must get the thumbs-up from us beforehand for insurance reasons.

Let’s make your gathering unforgettable – with all the right vendors in place!


Can We Get Creative with Decorations?

Absolutely! Feel free to decorate with non-damaging items to personalize your space. Just a heads-up: we do charge a cleaning fee for glitter, confetti, or anything left behind that isn't brewery property.

You're welcome to use our tables and chairs, or bring your own! If you need us to clear any furniture from the area, just give us a heads-up in advance.

Important: For everyone's safety and to keep the party flowing smoothly, all vendors must be approved ahead of time.

What's the Deal with Setup and Cleanup Time?

We've got you covered with 30 minutes of complimentary setup and cleanup time included with all reservations.

Feel like you need a bit more time to perfect your party space? No worries! You can request additional setup time at $50 per 30 minutes.

Want to take decorating off your to-do list? Drop off your party supplies the day before and our team can handle everything from table-moving to centerpieces.

Pricing will vary. Be sure to coordinate with Evey in advance to make it happen!


Are Kids and Dogs Welcome?

Absolutely! We love well-behaved children and furry friends. Just remember, it's up to parents and guardians to keep a close eye on them at all times.

For safety's sake:

  • Kids should stick close to their grown-ups, and dogs must stay leashed.

  • If a child strays into a no-go zone or acts up, we might have to ask them and their guardians to take leave.

  • We reserve the right to wrap up your event early if needed, with any remaining time and payments will be forfit.

Smoking & Vaping Policy:

Let's clear the air: According to California law, smoking or vaping isn't allowed inside our taproom or within 25 feet of any building entrance or exit.

Thanks for keeping it fresh and breezy for everyone!


Legal Drinking Age:

We're all about good vibes and great brews! To keep the party hopping responsibly:

All guests must be 21 or older with a valid ID to sip and savor our craft beers. If someone can't legally enjoy a cold one, we'll have to say cheers to a safe departure and end the event.

Let's raise our glasses (legally!) and enjoy the good times responsibly!


Liability:

Let’s keep it chill and fun! You’re responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your guests’ belongings, as well as to Jackrabbit Brewing Co.’s building, grounds, equipment, and furnishings. If anything needs fixing or replacing, the cost will be on you.

Remember, JBC and our insurers aren't liable for any damage or loss, so let’s enjoy the good times responsibly and look out for each other’s stuff!


Firearms, weapons, fireworks, explosives, open flames, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. If any members of your party are found with banned items they will be immediately evicted and we reserve the right to end your event. All monies paid and the remaining reservation time will be forfeited.
